Selin came into coaching with a extremely negative relationship with food (borderline eating disorder tendencies)
She came in because she was finally ready to give weight loss another shot after multiple unsuccessful attempts, attempts then ended weight regain.
Our approach with Selin was organized, conservative and thoroud from the gecko, ensuring she knew exactly why we were programming her nutrition and exercise accordingly. Our focus was to build a foundation, to strip the negative connotations she had with food, BEFORE putting her into a calorie deficit.

Pete had been over exercising and undereating for years, causing him some frustration due to stagnant numbers on the scale, strength plateaus in the gym and just overall not seeing the results he deserved.

With our coaching system he overcame his limiting habits, we created an clean cut routine around his work schedule and time commitments and we start scaling plan allowing bringing his body to life.
